Our development process is as follows. After your inquiry we clarify your requirements and needs exactly, delimit the problem together with you and define it. In addition to meeting the defined requirements, the focus is also on the user-friendliness of the finished product. From the problem definition we produce a concept draft. This draft outlines how the defined customer problem is to be solved. The concept will be further optimized according to your needs. Based on the approved concept, we create either a 3D model or a prototype*. The 3D model is used for viewing and simulation. A prototype can be tested by you. The results of these tests flow directly into further development.

If you as our customer are satisfied with the presented solution, the product developed for you will be manufactured in our workshop in Bilten in the canton of Glarus in the usual HESS quality. Made in Switzerland” is written in capital letters. After your product has successfully passed all function and quality tests, it will be expertly packed and delivered to you.
