A day with our service technician

We caught him just before he left for his next assignment in Ticino – do you already know our long-time service technician Ronny Kuster? In our interview, he gave us an insight into his exciting work.

We asked Ronny about his typical working day. There is no such thing, he says, because there is different work to be done every day. But the day definitely starts with a coffee. Then it’s off to HESS in Bilten and to the first job with the car loaded the night before. On average, he visits four to five customers every day to perform services or carry out repairs on our products. Almost all repairs can be done on the spot, which means that the daily routine of the practice can quickly resume its usual course and there are no breakdowns.

Ronny Kuster particularly praises the varied work and the fact that he can see a lot of Switzerland. Recently he was able to travel to Geneva for an assignment. He enthusiastically recalls a business trip to Geneva where everything went smoothly despite language barriers. «And the hotel was first class too», he added with a twinkle in his eye.
